"Freddy and especially Christine have taken care of my insurance needs better than any other insurance company I have been with. I know times are tight right now and switching insurances for me could possibly save me money. But for the service I get and being able to speak to a representative in the United States and be treated as a person not a number with the Dee Salas State farm team. Is well worth paying a few extra dollars with the commitment and help they have had for me as a client. Let me put it this way too the other day I called to pay my insurance. I like to speak to them and make my payment rather than just make it on the app which would be so much simpler. The other day I called guess what Dee Salas answered the phone and he took the time just to see how I was doing. You don't get that anymore really with business. So I'm going to give you an example.I have a comprehensive and collision policy full coverage. The other day my brake lights went out. I took it to get worked on and I found out that it was due to a rodent chewing on wires. I called them couldn't believe it it's covered under my comprehensive. Best of all no deductible. To let you know what I have with them I have two vehicles full coverage and renters insurance. I've had a suggestive medical policy in the past that I did just cuz my gut told me to. I only had it for a year well after that year I was making my payment they were asking how I was doing told them my arm got stuck in an elevator and I had issues. Turned out they said Bryan didn't you used to have a medical policy with us? I said yes that's correct let me look into that for you one of the agents said. Guess what Bryan you were covered and they just gave me the directions on how to go about my claim. Handled out of the blue didn't have to do all that and they just did and that little one to know how I've been doing and listening helped me tremendously. So for me to get this kind of service let me tell you it's worth the extra few dollars to be able to have a company that knows your name treat you with respect and the owner is not afraid to dash and pick up the phone but his professional team usually gets it first. I know this could have been for a lot for people to read but I believe in acknowledging a business that almost treats me like family and obviously enjoys their job helping people get through issues that we usually don't expect to happen. So when I received an email from State farm asking if I would like to respond with a review of services so it helps the company see if any improvement would be suggested or if I would like to just make a comment. I did not hesitate because I've been with this insurance company over 10 years and they have treated me better than any other company I've ever been with. God bless Dee, Christine, and Freddy.
